So I've decided to blog it out instead of writing this on Facebook or Tumblr, although it is quite short...
Yesterday was my very first time, listening to Bach's cello suite No.2 (on Youtube) and when I was paying full attention to the playing while reading the score, I noticed something rather peculiar going on in my head - an imaginary orchestral accompaniment.
I think when I meet my theory teacher, I should ask her, whether or not she has experienced this feeling ever in her life, because I've noticed her piano skills were very expressive as well. Perhaps, she hears some imaginary accompaniment too? Meh, am I sane?
After those videos, I've decided to watch how the cellist play Canon in D and hey, 5th position, people. So, I insanely talked to 2 of my bows and I've decided to use the one bow which was not used often. It communicated with me a lot better than the one that I was using earlier. Thanks to my hostel friend's advise of "you must know your instrument" when he was playing with my cello for a little while, he asked me, "what's it's name?"
I said, "Cello."
"I see... Hi cello. I am Sky." And from thence, I do occasionally talk to my cello and bow. OK, I really sound like a psychopath now. I should stop right here. I am going to freak my readers out!
Kyrie eleison; Supplicanti parce, Deus.
PS: I hope I can play my cello fairly well by 23rd September!

Work Interview #4
Yes people, I have been rejected by 2 companies and 1 restaurant. Though I admit I was a little too bold trying out companies at THIS early age of my life. Anyway, that Spanish restaurant didn't return the call back to me, which I feel really stupid after wasting my time doing some crap, debating with my mom, well I guess she's more than happy that I am not working there now. Right, Mom?
This was the conversation between Aruna, Gopinath and I this morning.
To: Gopinath
Hey man, I'm done with my crap here. So, I'll fetch you around 11am, ok?
From: Gopinath
Can we make it on 12pm? I just got up and I have to do some things. If not, I'd have done it early. Is 12pm ok?
To: Gopinath
11.30am, then. See you there!
To: Aruna
Hey, Gopi has just woke up too. We'll make it on 11.30am then. But I'll fetch you about 11am. Longer time to talk about... :)
From: Aruna
So, you'll fetch me around 11am?
When we all have reached Tesco Extra, we first tried applying to work INSIDE TE, but apparently we can't do that because we're not of age yet. They will not be responsible for any calamities in workplace and stuffs. When they said about SOCSO I knew there and then that it was impossible to debate any further.
However, we started walking in TE and we realised that it was a lot as cool as Jusco! Really nice place, TE. I've never expected THAT to come from... Never mind. And so we had some job hunt on some areas and came about a booth selling fruit which needed a girl worker and so we asked Aruna to try it out but this was what happened:
Girl: Yes, welcome. Come try on some of these. We have testers.
Gopi: No, she (pointed at Aruna) wants to find a job.
Girl: Oh so all these have just finished SPM, no?
Me: You too? So meaning to say that all of us here have just finished SPM. Cool!
Girl: If you want to find a job, try SeeU here (pointed behind her booth). It has newly opened. I think you can find a job there. The boss is a Chinese. A very nice person, I'd say.
Aruna: (Looked at me) Wanna give it a shot?
Me: Well, ok.
Gopi: Thanks! (To the girl)
Here I had dilemma to go or not to go because it was all very messy but because of the both of them, we went in and filled the form. The boss interviewed us on the spot. Impromptu volley. I was the first to go. I was explained about the salary, systems and working hours which was really really a good place to start. Here I learn new things too, albeit the far distance from home, but who cares now?
That was basically it. My fourth round of job hunting. I really hope I could get it there! Guitar exam fee, I finally can afford you. Although not confirmed we're pretty much confident we would get it. Let's just pray for the best.
Special thanks to:
The anonymous girl who suggested us to try it out
Lionel who said, "only this and you're giving up so fast?" when I said I'm off with the job hunting crap
Gopinath and Aruna for forcing me to go in there. You guys are simply awesome!

Jobs
Why on earth is it so hard for me to get a job*?
I tried contacting La Esquina manager, no replies whatsoever. So now... I'm back to square one, of nothingness. Actually it has been this way all along. Wonderful isn't it? Later I am planning to ask for a job in tuition centres. I hope I can get it there. Time is running out for me to pay that exam fee. My principle still stands! I am not going to use anyone's money to pay for it!
*Job: I want new experiences. Working with the same company as I did 2 years ago, doesn't worth the experience. OK, I guess I am still too picky about this. I dunno.
You know what? Whatever. It's my life. GAHH!

News
There are about 2 things in particular that turned my day from :) to :(
First:
Am not concerned about the backgrounds; just that at your young age to be exposed to such kind of surroundings would surely influence your future outlook …. Taking into consideration that such is the life style of rich yuppies!!
Am awaiting for my HR dept for update of any temporary works around here…. Apparently N/A in S’ban – will keep you posted of any development
A mail reply from mom saying that La Esquina is a place for rich yuppies. Yes people, Loi&Co rejected me, perhaps I am too young for that and stuffs. So then I turned up into this restaurant which (doubtlessly) I have dined in nights ago. The pay is pretty good, RM4 per hour. I get to work in a new environment and I have to work as a part-time waiter from 7pm to 2am the next day. I do understand a mother's feelings about this. Ironically, Granny has given green light for me and she did ask me to try and if it really is no good, I can resign. [Case closed] And now a new case is opened: Mom's issue about worrying that my "future outlook" will be influenced.
Seriously, is it so hard to even find a work just to pay up for my guitar examination? I am not asking much. All I know I have yet to go against my own principles.
1. No drugs
2. No baddies
2.1. Any baddies as my friends, I've kept my distance when I am with them
3. No smoking
4. Slight drinking of wine and only wine. I've had it with liquor when I took a few sip from Dad's cup. HORRIBLE TASTE!
5. I'm still who I am
I know things are not going to be easy. At least I am NOT a drug mule to get thousands in days time, am I? I work the hard way. I don't wanna work in Family Store anymore because I've worked there before and I know how it is like in there already.
Sigh, how I just wish I can be the spoilt brat to throw tantrums at everyone in the family and get free money in turn. Gay too much? I doubt I can be like that, despite the fact that I am one myself.
Second:
I can't believe how a friend that once said, "It's okay, I'll be there for you when you need me" ditched my clique! Although it was not so painstakingly painful for me as I was not so close to this friend, I still... Sigh. We were really really shocked about what this friend had done to us. We've tried calling her, texting her and we get... Zilch. No replies, no nothing.
Due to these things, I somehow feel depressed and dramatic as though the wind is asking me to die. (To music lovers, I can give you one piece to describe how I feel now: Mendelssohn's Violin Concerto in Em, movement 1)
Thanks to Blogspot and Facebook, as I was writing about this, I somehow feel better already.
I wish for a better tomorrow, a better job search, a better... better.

Wonders
I really wonder can I do it.
Do what?
Guitar examination next year March.
Though it's only Grade 2. I didn't dare to tell my grandmother about how much I have to pay and stuffs. LUCKY me, I am finding job in accounting firms in Oakland Commerce Square! I really hope I can go to Loi&Co to gain some experience. I sent my CV to them via email already last night (twice! I accidentally hit the SEND button when my CV was not finalized by Dad. Then on the second mail, I apologized to them saying it was not rectified yet. I hope it won't give any bad impressions to my employer).
I am going to use this money I am earning, together with my monthly allowance to pay for my guitar fees, exam fees and perhaps, dance class? The dance class thing is just a plan.
This is it:
After guitar exam grade 2, I plan to take dance class and guitar class on alternate months. I hope my guitar academy principal allows this, although he is a nice man, we never knew what future holds for us, would we?
So, back to my guitar examination doubts... Maybe I should continue reading bible to (re)gain faith in God. My skills are still honestly crappy because my speed and accuracy is really really poor when it comes to fast-tempi pieces. If at all I get a terribly fast piece with many chromatic signs (sharps and flats) in any of my 3 exam pieces. I'm fucked by life, again. Not forgetting scales and aural. And Theory of Music, I have yet to take. I have to take TOM up to Grade 5 to continue my guitar practical all the way up to where I want. Well, I guess I'll worry about that later.
A stern warning to people who tries to discourage me (I think Mom would be on top of the list):
Don't you even think of it. I will worry about it myself and I know where to stop. I know I have to take care of my lodging, food, fuel and many other stuffs. But you know what? I will manage it just as how you have managed it so far as a parent. I'll gain knowledge from you when the time comes. Trust me. I can.
I do believe in miracle as it is a part of God's wonderful work!

Sway with me
Today, I have had a number of feelings in me. First I was being happy that I am 6th in the class, then a little sad that I am 13th in cohort. 6 and 13... That's a huge deviation, you see. And then finally I felt depressed because I had 3 B+ for Add Math, Bio and History. I would say it's a post-examination depression.
I was feeling so down that I told my beloved friends about this and they lift me up again, as usual. That was quite a long process though. We were at least half hour late for English (lucky it was a replacement lesson. So it wasn't that important, after all. Did a little discussion and off we went after that). It all happened during recess when I told Francine and she told Louisa that I was scared that I might not be chosen for the scholarship mentioned yesterday.
I felt so heartbroken thinking about what Granny told me when I finally got back my History and Bio papers. Flood of disappointment overwhelmed me.
-------------------
"Granny I scored 70% for History. A B+."
"Who so weak?"
"Well, that's because I hate the subject."
"Great! Next time in SPM, don't come crying to me if you don't get an A for it!"
"Who so weak?"
"Well, that's because I hate the subject."
"Great! Next time in SPM, don't come crying to me if you don't get an A for it!"
"Granny I scored 73% for Bio. A B+."
"WHAT?!! You've been typing your notes and staying up late for that, you can't even get an A?!"
"Granny, it was hard."
"What's so hard. You've studied!"
"What's so hard. You've studied!"
"Granny, what I studied was how movement of the arms come about and the question asked how the movement of the legs come about. It was hard, Granny. But my experiment I told you, the one I didn't have a clue for at all? I scored 14/17 for that section!"
-------------------
Louisa: Our parents always say that Ooi is so smart without tuition. You're considered a role model already.
Adeline: I can so see that you and Francine are already on your way to straight A's! You just need a little more effort to push yourself to transform the B+ into A.
Francine and Adeline: I understand how you feel when your Grandmother says that. But just study for yourself. You study hard for your own future. You only repay them next time when you work. (They advised when I told them that I study for my grandmother.)
Aruna: You just have to be happy and satisfied with what you get, Ooi. Don't care about what others think about it. They don't have any idea how were the papers.
Adeline: Just do it for her, Ooi. So that when she dies one day. You will not regret and say, "Shit I should have done this, I should have done that," because by then, everything will be too late already. You have to be tough. If such small things can reduce you like this, I can't imagine how would you handle things at work or in your own family. You just gotta be tough.
When we got back to class, teacher was talking about a handout which she gave us last week. A comprehension handout.
Madam Poga:
... Jan and I talked about Vicky for a long time that night in hospital. 'You know, Mum,' she said, 'I won't let anything stop me from doing the things I want to do in life. I knew that she was going to make it. And so she has. Many times I have wondered if Vicky's coming was meant to be, to show us about dealing with life's hardships and joys...
(That moment, Adeline turned behind and smiled at me, I smiled back at her.)
Even though this was the old format, I find this story inspiring to share with all of you. Especially after your mid-term examination where some students might feel disappointed over their results but if you try hard enough, nothing can ever stop you.
(This time, Aruna turned back and smiled at me.)
When everything was over, I told Louisa, "Lou, everything just happened in such coincidence, don't you think?" Then, our gang (Adeline, Francine, Aruna, Ben, Louisa and I) went to see our Bio teacher to do our corrections and guess what? I now have 75% for Bio. An A-.
I went home with Francine after that, as usual... I slept for a while and woke up for Accounts class. After our class has ended, Charlene, Hizairi and I were feeling blessed that we still could do well for this term without tuition. It was Charlene who started, "Hey! All of us are top 10 in class!!!!! I hope 3 of us can get straight A's and we can prove to them we still can do fine without tuition!" I continued, "which means, we are top 30 in cohort," I am ranked 13th, Hizairi 23rd if I am not mistaken and Charlene 27th.
Thinking about it... There is no need for me to feel depressed about. It is all that I have done and can be done, on my own accord, as Mum always stresses on me. Adeline was right. Our school standard is sky high. Thanks, guys. I love all of you!

Guiltiness and Stupidity
GUILTINESS
Today I felt guilty during my BM class. Our class is supposed to end at 10.40am but some told our teacher 10.20am. So, she went speeding; at the same time, the prefects were getting out of the class resulting into a more spacey room, and finally she has receded into her normal tempo when most of us (the normal students) didn't stand up and leave the class for recess.I wanted to correct my teacher that it was 10.40am but my friends said: Never mind. Let her be.
I felt that I am very stupid for doing such a thing. Maybe, honesty isn't the best policy after all. That's my weakness. I am forever being honest and I can't lie. That's why my friends are hurt sometimes when I give my opinions.
I am not trying to say I have such terrible friends. They are great but all of us have our unique mindsets. Please don't get me wrong here.
However, my teacher has stopped projecting her voice since 10.20am; asked Kamini was it time already for her to leave. She said to teacher there were 20 more minutes. Our teacher also started answering questions from students personally, which I very much prefer the lessons to be that way.
STUPIDITY
As for this, I really am sad about my result for first monthly test that I have just received yesterday:
Total marks: 718
Percentage: 79.78
Result: PASS
Position in class: 9/49 (so what?)
Position in cohort: 31/463
SIGH!!! I don't mean to whine or anything but it is so eye-digging to see my result this bad for the first test. All are fine but look! Additional Mathematics' the only D over there. What a pity. The rest are fine. Until now, I can't believe how great the impact of a Donkey in my result. Seriously. However, I will not give up because I know I can never die that easily.

Sigh of relieve
Yes, I am very happy that the debate competition is finally over! Basically, I have learnt on a lot of things through that competition. I have gained confidence to speak in public areas now.
Day one:
We reached HELP University College at 7.00am and registered.
For round one, we were not really good on it as we didn't link on what everyone was trying to say.
For round two, only then we realize that Ara's gang was true about the government should open a case and set the parameter as well as setting a policy which is not about status quo. We finished day one of debate at 3.30pm.
Then, later the afternoon, when we checked in to Peninsula Malaysia Hotel (this is more like expenses paid trip actually). All of us realized that we have not eaten anything since morning due to stress, we decided to dine in Roselle, the hotel's restaurant (Mrs. Surekah paid for us this time). The design of the restaurant and even the hotel itself are just explicitly awesome. I couldn't say anything more than "they provide very good service".
When we were done with our dinner, we got into our room and started writing our scripts. Then, at night when we needed to do research, we went to Mrs. Surekah's relative's house. I tell you, the house was really beautiful with all those decorations of tiki cultures, arrows that were replicas of the Red Indians', Buddha carvings and so much more. It is really..... beautiful!
After we were done with the research, we stopped at McD to order food to eat. I ordered the piggiest one: double spicy chicken McDeluxe. It was just nice. Just imagine the tastiness of one piece of that burger, but I was having two!
Day 2
For third round, (thanks to the comments in round two) we have won the case by proposing a policy which is not regarding status quo. We managed to win this because we finally put our thoughts right.
For the fourth round. I screwed it all up - completely! We only knew that we were opposition one hour before the motion started. And I basically do not have any script at all. I was just talking nonsense:
1. I couldn't package my delegation's points up in time because they were all talking and everything...
2. I was rebutting on a very airy way. I was just sort of touch and go? Seriously, I was the worse there.
3. Charumathy had to leave the team because she has to go for another competition right after the third motion ended.
After I came out during the jurisdiction where we were all required to come out of the room, I was really sad and disappointed with my stupidity there. Then we saw a delegation who had the same problem with us (our rooms were next to each other, so when we meet up we just started talking on that issue). They landed on the same situation as us. They were so well-versed with their opposition scripts till then, they knew they were government for that motion.
But I can tell, we all really had fun and most importantly, experience.
As I came back to Seremban with teacher, Tushaani and Vasanthra via train (expenses paid by teacher) We were debating like mad raccoons in the train. We had so many motions in the bus that almost everyone near us in the coach was listening (not eavesdropping) us. I wonder what will they think of us... Freaks?
This went on from beginning till the end of the journey. Teacher was too tired to participate in but she was listening to it.
Now, I can relax (as I have come to an agreement where all of us in the delegation, including the teacher had decided not to come to school and rest at home. It was a unanimously agreed) and arrange my thoughts and prepare myself for another competition next month. A very important competition: Mid-term examination. I hope I can do it.
For Tushaani, Vasanthra and Charumathy, thank you so very much. Of course not forgetting Mrs. Shamala and Mrs. Surekah who'd been there to summarize the points for my rebuttals. Thank all of you for the encouraging support!

Sunny
Today, it rained heavily in me. In the practice, as I was scolding them, two droplets of tears rolled down my cheeks. I was too frustrated with what it was. Then, I gave them 'take five'.
During the break, this teacher which was silent throughout the practice finally spoke. Her words breathed enthusiasm in us. She taught us the breathing technique and voice warm-up. Yeah, I know. I suck. Ha, ha. I didn't know there is actually a need to breath correctly AND to warm up their voices before I let them get going.
Thank you so very much, Mrs. Lavanya! Though she was very strict when she was explaining, she showed dedication and respect to the team. Today, after the explanation, I took lead again. It was intensified: the voices. They were finally one, albeit the fact that they were only 24 of them today...
I guess, I'm pretty much done with it already. Till then, have a nice sleep, you people who lives in my time zone. Good night.
PS: I have Additional Mathematics pre-test tomorrow which covers Progressions, Linear Law and Integration. I am generally fine in everything EXCEPT for revolution of volume. Wish me luck, y'all. Bye.

Raining
It's raining in me. My Strength said that she might leave the choral speaking team. One of the best said that a few minutes ago. Without her, I seriously do not know what else should I say or do. Perhaps, I can leave too? Heck I care about my team and about their feelings... I'm confused again and yes, I think now the old me has stroke again.
Maybe my Granny is right after all. "You never win for every competition you join. Why don't you just focus in your studies?"
Dad is not online tonight. It's late here. Could Mum be sleeping?
I need someone to hear me.
EDIT:
I've talked to Mum. Luckily she was not asleep yet. She'd advised me on many things. She even told me that I need not to struggle too hard alone, but with the whole team.
Dad on the other hand chatted with me telling me to enjoy the process. So I'm feeling alright now. Thanks to my parents! Never knew that they could change my mood so fast.

Last day of my sweet 16
My close friends (Gloria, Keevin, Charu) and I went to Jusco to watch Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief but quite a lot of crappy things had happened then...
1. The early bird tickets (11.20am) were fully redeemed and THEN we decided to buy 1.45pm show called The Wolfman.
2. 1.45pm stroke and all of us managed to slip in to the cinema, yeah. We lied that we were all 18 years old and waiting for our SPM results.
3. Before we could even warm our chairs in the theater, the employee called us out for a moment. He said someone said that we all were underage. OK, busted! That dude was Keevin's supposed foe or some sort like that; that was what Keevin said. The 3 of them cleared things up with him after that, while I was enjoying my Starbucks there. After such long time, I don't find it wrong for me to try a tall cup of caramel macchiato, right?
4. Charu was the heroine, debating about the issue with the employee, and then the employee took us to see his manager! So, what?! Even though it was clearly enough that it was OUR fault, for going in at the first place. We lost, but we managed to get refund. We were practically dumbstruck over Charu's other side. Gosh, I admit... Even she is like nothing like me when I got angry, but seriously. She was scary and daring to raised her voice to the people elder than us, probably by a generation??
5. We wanted to watch 4pm's Lightning Thief but it was fully booked by the time we wanted it. Crap!
6. We went strolling around in Jusco from 11am till 6pm without watching any movie.
Conclusion:
1. I spent RM60 on food. I've never spent and ate as much as that before that I had to skip dinner at home.
2. Apart from the mess Keevin's foe created, it was a nice outing. We cam-whored so many times there.
3. That's the end of my sweet 16 life. 4 hours, and I will see the world in a more matured point of view, I think...
PS: My friends told me that I've changed a lot. Did I?
EDIT: 11.37pm, 16th February 2010
Did my parents forget that I was born on the 17th February? Well perhaps they know it's in February, but the date? All I want is NOT bouquet of roses or expensive things. I just want them to be with me. I know it's stupid to ask for this because Dad's in London and Mum's in Ipoh. Now, for every Father's and Mother's day, I would have a bead of tear in my eye-dams. I was asking God silently, "why?"
I really wished that I could go back to 1995, when I was two.
A year before the incident which had made me who I am right now. I wish I could hold my parents hands and walk with them as before. I mean I can hold Granny's hands as a substitute but... the feelings are never the same. Of course Granny loves me, but there are at times where I want to celebrate my birthday (singular noun) with the 3 of them. I know I'm actually hoping against hope.
I wish... I wish... there is miracle.
PS: Keevin and I discovered that the dates and days repeat themselves every seventeen years. Perhaps, the number 17 itself carries a meaning?

mezzo piano or forte?
I can't determine which I want! Mezzo piano, I can sing and strum with attention. Forte, I can strum with attention but singing is a little high-pitched, that's because of the high E string's effect I reckon. I am seriously nervous and I hope my leader will not kill me (even I know he won't) because the enrolment day for PBSM is 27th Feb!
With me now, are the dilemmas of mezzo piano and forte, or should I say, of forte and mezzo piano?
The songs my mini band is playing are
Welcome to my life - Simple Plan
Through My Window - Bunface
Anyhow, I hope it ends well... I don't want it to flop because of me!!!
Nervous me...

FUCKING WORRIED
Yeah, sorry for that rude one up there but I am so very worried with my granny's condition. She's having fever, a mild one though. I did tell you about her condition since Sunday noon didn't I? Thank God that her condition didn't get any worse though. Looks like He answers my daily prayers. Thank You!
Even though she still can stand and sit, and walk and do all those healthy people can do I dunno why I am still worried about her.
This afternoon when I want to give her her medical dose at 5pm, I was really scared when I saw her unable to open her bottle cap. Something fishy might be up again, I knew it! Damn it, what the heck is wrong with her! I was holding back my tears until she finished her meal and took her medicine, I came up here and dialled Mum's office number and asked her to call me back.
"Hi mum."
"So, what's wrong?"
"I dunno mum. It's granny... She's..."
"What's with her?"
"She couldn't open her bottle cap mum!! She was... Her hands were shaking worse than ever. I have never seen her hands like that before. I am scared mum," and I have cried to mum. She took the effort of calming me down saying that it's just normal for her shaking this badly because she didn't really have enough energy to do so.
Seriously, I have never thought that I would love my family members this much. I never thought I would finally come up and go buy her meals, make my own meals, take care of her, give her medicine and all those. This is like a totally new Ooi Kim Huat that I myself know.
I am afraid that she will... I don't wanna think about it. It's really freaky when I think of being old. No way - this thing. This bloody condition. It's just too hard for me to handle. I need an escapade or at least an escape plan. This is not happening to me. DAMN IT why must I suffer like this?!
God, please don't take her away. I need someone with me. Please?

She's sick!
The old woman that stays with me in this house is SICK! CAN YOU IMAGINE THAT?!!! An old woman sick. Any 'greater' it could be?

Yea, my Granny is having mild fever and I forced her to sleep. I made a Chinese tea and kept it in a bottle and conserve the 'heat energy released' by using water bath method. Looks like Science is indeed helping me to survive in life with its weird application everywhere.
Oh and I also placed a tablet of Paracetamol on the table and her blanket at the end of the couch she is now sleeping on. Bloody hell, WHY must she be sick?!!!!! Man, I think after my guitar class which ends at 1.45pm and I see her condition isn't any better,

I SWEAR I AM GONNA FLY HER TO THE NEAREST AND BEST CLINIC IN RASAH JAYA!!!!!!!!!!!
PS:Jinny Joes, please heal her!

Fucked up???
Guys, today was the worst fucked-up days in my whole goddamn form 4 life, besides exams but that could still be handled. Keerthana, Hamsalekkha, Miss Siti Aishah and I - were all stressed up as fuck. I pitied my teacher most. She had to run so many errands while she only had 2 hands and legs.
"Today is the rehearsal. 9.30am. Parkson."
We went there and guess what?
I bet you know it from that face.
3 of us then went to the Info Counter and... The receptionist said, "Oh, your Petrosains competition rehearsal is on 3pm to 5pm. Not now because they have an autograph session with Hujan."
Yeah, great. It was also hujan-ing at the moment. We were all shocked and dumbfounded.
So we all went to McD and ordered some things to eat and that was when Hamsalekkha took my what-the-fuck-is-going-on face expression. Pardon me for cursing so much because the day just fucked the hell outta me worse than ever!
After we were done with our food-packing, we went to...
To discuss about tomorrow's flow...
And the four of us (as mentioned above) sat and discussed the whole thing from 10.30am until 1.10pm. We never realised that time was going so fast. I swear that was the first time I had ever done something serious in Starbucks!
Peer pressure? Work pressure? Call it anything you like! I was so sick until I was coffee-whoring since 12.00pm (I think).
Later today... when I was taking my power nap.
3.30pm
"Do you hear me? I'm talking to you...
Across the water, across the deep blue ocean,
Under the open sky, Oh my baby I'm -"
Hello?
Ooi, saya pergi jemput you sekarang eh? Kita pergi tengok sekejap.
OK cikgu.
Bila saya dah sampai saya bagi you miss call eh.
OK. Terima kasih cikgu.
OK, bye.
When I sat in her car... she dropped another bomb. Oh no, not again!!!!!!! Now what?!

OOI! Rehearsal tu dah tamat la! Mr. Shafiq kata. Saya telefon, dia kata baru je habis. Semua sekolah dah balik. Dia kata semua sekolah ada, kecuali Bukit Mewah.
HAH????!!!!!!!!!
Apa nak buat sekarang? Kita drop saje ah.
CIKGU!!!!! Apa kata kita try telefon tengok dia ada kat sana lagi tak. Kalau ada, kita nasib baik la...
And we called him, he was there. He was STILL there. AMEN!!!!! Finally, we reached there and we saw Mr. Shafiq with some papers.
God, do You know how much I thanked You?
I could not help myself from laughing because of these reasons:
1) He looks a little cute and dorky?
2) He was wearing alligator shoes.
3) We made up a story on why we were late.
He then explained about the procedure for tomorrow's big day.

[No subject]
Hey people in the world, guess what? I have changed my guitar strings again this time and they're better than ever. The tone or whatever you call it, sounds so nice ans sharp. I have also changed my damn bridge. Now, sharper sound and zero buzzing! It was so cool!
***
Anyhow, I don't see any great changes in me. I don't really know am I sane or am I not. I feel like studying. Yeah I know I should take my rest but I feel so empty without studies. Perhaps, I really AM a bloody nerd!
Anyway, I am going to see a psychiatrist soon enough. Dad allowed me to do so because I'd explained to him that I am mentally unstable and I know something is not right in OOI KIM HUAT. He is screaming for help, I can sense that. He is not alright at all.
Perhaps we both (I mean my physical and mental selves) really need help right now? I dunno. I just hope that all of you out there will be with me no matter what I will be. I hope I don't end up in any asylum though! I am serious - no jokes here!!

ADDITIONAL MATHEMATICS
Chaotic. Even Ben and Jason said it sucked. I just hope that I will credit.
PS: My Chemistry paper 1 marks is 37/50 which was a little shocking for me. I thought I will be dead on that. And, History paper 2 - goner. Also hoping for a credit.

Looking at her face
Yes, Menatap Wajahnya - Anak Laut tingkatan 4.
I have just finished reading this short story before blogging and MAN! That was the BEST Malay story I've ever read so far. I never knew that Anak Laut holds these type of magnificent stories. It was really touching... I loved it (even from the introduction itself!).
So now... The reason I wanted to blog is to tell you about my frustration today in school. Add Maths - differentiation. I've just lost extra 2% (BONUS) for final exam. Benjamin once again grabbed it all. It's not to say that I dislike him or whatsoever but he really makes me feel so bad at times at which I just want to burn up all my books - because he's damn smart and he shows it. Well, at least to me... However, we're still friends. No matter what comes to us.
Even though I am better than him wholly, I still feel I am lacking of something. Something he has but I don't.
After reading the short story, the author has taught me another lesson (that I forgot):
"Muliati kecundang dalam percubaan pertama... tapi Muliati jangan mudah menyerah kalah. Muliati bangunlah kembali di atas tapak itu. Bina tinta-tinta harapan yang baru. Dengan berkat ketabahan dan usaha, pasti Muliati akan berjaya juga. Teruskanlah perjuangan."

Physikos Eureka
Sorry for the semi-Greek-semi-Einstein greeting up there but this evening while I was playing Neopets after a very very long time (because I forgot my password, hehe) Keerthana sent me a message:
Hi... Good news! Cikgu Siti Aisyah just told me that Petrosains has selected us to the finals... Congratulations!
Dear readers,
be shocked as I am now too because I never freaking expected that I will ever go to the finals! We had only 3 experiments concepts namely; inertia, air pressure and surface tension and it took us 18 minutes to finish it, whereas other schools (like the Georgians) did 5 experiments in 18 minutes time. Furthermore, I flunked the 3rd experiment - the freaking pin did not float on water!!!
I still remembered what my teacher told us that day, 'Pasal surface tension tu tak jadi, semua orang pun tension.' Yes, she was right, I was very stressed when I couldn't get the pin float on water.
And so all us of thought we're done for it and now - we're in the finals! WOOHOO!!!!! Hope that this thing will not happen for FINALS.
Phew!
